Solution:
Use 'Answer Wizard' to witness a demo of how to do a specific task.
1) Do one of the following, to start the 'Answer Wizard':
a) Select the 'Help' menu and select 'AnswerWizard'. (The 'Help Topics: Microsoft <application>' dialog box appears.)
b) Use the 'Microsoft <application> Help Topics' command:
1] Select the 'Help' menu and select 'Microsoft <application> Help Topics', where <application> is the name of the application. (The 'Help Topics: Microsoft <application>' dialog box appears.)
2] Click the 'Answer Wizard' tab.
2) Type a description in the 'Type your request, and then click Search.' box.

3) Click 'Search'. (Related topics appear in the list box below.)
4) Select the desired topic from the 'Select a topic, and then click Display.' list box.

5) Click 'Display'.
